What are you most passionate about professionally?
I am passionate about the power of nutrition and how it can improve every area of your life. I believe lasting health improvements happen through realistic, compassionate, and individualized approaches rather than quick fixes.
Who is your ideal patient? Or patient population?
My professional interests include preventative care and nutrition fine-tuning, which is important at any age! I also have a special interest in type 1 diabetes, preconception, pregnancy (including gestational diabetes), postpartum, and supporting families as infants begin solids.

Personal interests/hobbies
I enjoy cooking colorful meals, gardening (flowers and veggies), playing cards, and spending time outdoors with my almost four-year-old.
