Registered Dietitian, Full Time Private Practice HYBRID - Glendale, AZ Office
Immediate positions available for FULL-TIME Registered Dietitians in our outpatient private practice. This is a HYBRID role virtual and IN PERSON, within our Glendale, AZ office. 1 Day virtual, 4 days in office.

Duties and responsibilities
- Providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition care to meet patient goals
- Performing nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring and evaluation for patients
- Counseling and providing education to patients and families, as well as the behavioral goals to meet recommendations. Refer to community resources as needed.
- Developing educational materials and tools
- Maintaining credentials and continuing education through ADA
Minimum Qualifications
Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, or Public Health, with training or experience in outpatient nutrition care. We also welcome applications from new or recent graduate Registered Dietitians.
- Successful completion of a dietetic internship approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly American Dietetic Association). Must be able to present proof of current Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) card.
Hours and Locations
- Office hours are Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Skills and abilities
- Knowledge of menu planning and the conversion of nutrient recommendations into food and menus.
- Counseling and educational training for individual and group work.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems associated with special needs, such as seniors, families, low-income patients, clinical conditions, and associated co-morbidities.
- Maintenance of effective relationships with other health care professionals, when sharing patients
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with patient interests and health in mind.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Spanish Speaking Preferred, but not required
Pay
- $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
